I love these guys!! I was having such a hard time finding a cargo van for our painting company that didn’t look like a cougar was set lose in the cab. The truck of my dreams was posted and I called them up right away! Very knowledgable, kind, and easy to work with for the purchase. No nonsense and just a genuinely great experience. That was a week ago and I’m still floating! Thanks so much to the Roberts boys!!

5 stars since I got a very good deal on my truck and the brothers were very nice to me. The only problem I had was when I went in to test drive my truck the day prior to buying it it didn't have a check engine on and yesterday I went in and picked it up. It than had a check engine. Luckily 8 am a mechanic and fixed the issue that day but price on the truck was very good and they were willing to drop it in my price range. I love this dealership and best I've been to

Compared to other dealers I've read and heard about, the guys at Roberts Auto are nice, friendly, patient and not pushy. I have to say that I'm super appreciative that they got my car from the bigger dealer next store because it probably would have been junked even though it had a lot of life left in it. I bought my first car here from them a few months ago and it was a fast and easy experience. I liked that they took the car through emissions which I know a lot of other dealers don't do, let you test drive it, and they order the plates for you, pick them up and help put them on for you which I thought was the best. The price was also decent for the mileage and age. I am docking a star because the car did need a lot more repairs or fixes than they told me it did. But I was prepared for those and the car is going great some 1000 miles and few months later. I can say that I really love it. There aren't a lot of cars for sale; it's a small dealership, but the brothers are nice and you don't have to feel pressured into buying anything. Definitely keep an eye on them because they may just have a car that you'll get and love like I have.

I really want to give 5 stars, i truly do, but this place is not deserving of 5 stars. I started working with Dave to purchase a 2010 Chevy Express. He was very pleasant on the test drive and was overall very enjoyable to talk to. My partner and I then decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Dave gave us an offer and I went to counter offer. Instead of looking me in the eyes and respectfully negotiating he decided to walk away while we were talking. I kept trying to talk with him but he was walking all around and acting a tad childish. I tried talking with one of his brothers, (Scott I believe) and he was much more pleasant and respectful. Dave kept writing me off and not listening to a word I was saying. I ended up budging on my attempt to negotiate and accepted his original offer ($200 off sticker price). I went in to do my paperwork and Mike was very pleasant. We got our paperwork taken care of and were about to go to the bank to finish up. I made a remark to Dave on how it would be nice to have a full tank of gas with the sale (the van was on Empty). Dave laughed and said "Were not Larry H Miller". I proceeded to the bank and when we came back and finished up with Mike we got into the van still on an Empty tank. I enjoyed Mike, Scott and Dave was great up until the actual purchasing part was occurring. I felt disrespected by Dave and treated poorly as a customer. I appreciate the van and it's a great vehicle at a decent price but the customer service is definitely lacking. If you come to this dealership don't expect a full tank of gas in your car or respectful negotiations. Expect a decent work vehicle, at a decent price and that's it.
