Super happy with my experience here. Haley made the whole auto loan process way easier than I expected. She was really knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and kept me updated the whole time. I appreciated how straightforward everything was—no confusion or surprises. It didn’t take long, and I left feeling confident about my loan. Definitely recommend asking for Haley if you come here!”
These guys helped me out a lot on getting me approved and getting a pretty sweet ride! Huge shout out to Gabe! Super helpful and friendly. Pretty fast service and I was in and out on about an hour or two. He even went out of his way and got my payments lowered so I’m grateful for that. Had a great experience so I highly recommend this place if you’re looking in getting a car
Gabe Johnson was very helpful. The whole experience of buying a vehicle was made easy by him. Gave me options, explained things in plain English that was understandable. I would recommend Lucky’s auto and go see Gabe. Yes, I did get the car for $1.00 down. Thank you Gabe!
Not even 5 months in and the coils needed to be replaced. The spark plug were all loose and one of the coils completely broke. 1st and last time I ever do business with this place. The head mechanic is a complete joke. Smug look as I was explaining. The sales team claim engines are part of warranty then that so called head mechanic claimed that's there way of making a sale. He smerked and unprofessional. The admins amazing ladies 10/10. The mechanics complete joke and should go back and get retrained. Shame on you lucky auto.
