Exceptional communication leading up to the trip and total transparency about the vehicle. I felt completely comfortable making the deal before even seeing the car in person. Highly recommend!

Val and Clayton worked with me, not against me. Which is something you don’t see often in the car sales industry. I appreciate that they didn’t rush me as well. They made the decision simple to buy. Thanks for bringing the person into the salesperson.

Just bought a 2007 Duramax from Gerdts Auto. Truck appeared to be in pretty good shape mechanically. Price was pretty reasonable. Kenny our salesman was great. He was very courteous and pretty laid back. I would go to Gerdts again to look for a car. I will keep this review updated as we put more miles on the Duramax.

Update on my previous somewhat ok review of this place. 0/10 do not recommend going here unless you want to tear your own engine out and replace it. With little to no help from the dealership. Their auto techs do not know what they’re doing in the slightest, I made them “inspect” the engine 3 times and they said it was perfect and ready to hit the road. Not even a week later the engine developed BAD rod knock. I took it back in, their main tech told me he didn’t have time to come for a quick drive to hear the noise and “I just did not know how to drive a performance sedan” he also lied about what was installed on it. So after being brushed off about the check engine light, and the noise coming from the engine, the car went in to limp mode and the engine failed. Ended up purchasing a crate engine and installing it myself after the dealership was unwilling to help. BUYER BEWARE. This dealership buys bad cars from the auction and dolls them up so they’re clean enough to sell. Literal direct quote from Clayton, their sales manager “We sell used cars, they’re ticking time bombs.”
