Best customer Service I’ve experienced in a car purchase, even met me half wayfrom the dealership and my home it was 106 miles instead of 220! My credit was less than perfect, where other dealerships wanted a co-signer Enterprise was able to get me financing without a co-signer ! This was huge! I felt that my Needs were met and I was even able to return my enterprise rental car to my Salesperson when we met! She took my rental and delivered my new car! It was great! With Enterprise being one big company it was great! Justice wheeler is the best salesperson I’ve dealt with! Thank You! Murray Utah Enterprise Car Sales and Justice Wheeler I highly recommend!
Tyler from the Murray location was the most professional, outgoing sales person who helped us purchase our vehicle. He stayed late and helped us choose our dream car and got us in and out within an hour. I would 100% recommend him and enterprise for any future sales.
I was impressed by the customer service and the lack of stereotypical “used car lot” vibes. Process for buying the car was not without its minor irritation’s, but both Tyler the salesman and his manager went out of their way to be helpful and we got the job done in fairly good time and without issues. I would and already have recommended this dealership to my friends and family. 👍
Enterprise Car Sales on 5445 South State, Salt Lake City, offers superb customer service and supreme vehicles. Their management really goes the extra mile.
I don't think I have ever been treated so well. My purchase was unexpected and difficult for me. #1 I hate car payments and haven't had one in years. #2 I had a car that went up in flames thanks to the negligence of a mechanic. Enterprise from rental to sales treated me unbelievably well. Zero pressure, tons of understanding and desire to help me. Jenn was my sales rep and was so very patient with me, I lost count how many cars I drove, but honestly the entire environment here was and is phenomenal all the way around. Ryan, Justin and Hector all helped me as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience with the team of members here. I have zero regrets. I felt safe with well maintained vehicles and amazing customer service. Thank you all so very much!
