Jimmy was great! We found a car listing through Facebook Marketplace and Jimmy was super fast at getting back to us about a time we could come see the car. The car was thoroughly detailed and he gave it a good wash after we test drove it and before we signed the paperwork. The pricing was the best part. All of his car prices are very reasonable and he took care of all the paperwork for us. We love our new van!

Update: so I’ve spent $2500+ more on the car that I bought in less than 3 months. There is a sticky smell in the car that came soon after I bought the car that won’t seem to go away even after intense carpet cleaning. It must’ve been covered by the smell of the detailing when I came to see it. I had to buy a new windshield, tires, fixing cruise control actuator, The battery needs to be replaced soon and the timing belt as well which will be even more money. I had to also do a transmission and other fluids change. The driver seat which rattled and rocked back and forth when braking needed replacing which I sourced from a junkyard. Lots of time money and energy already spent on this car that I wasn’t anticipating. The worse part is, I’m seeing my same car on Facebook Marketplace with LESS miles for much cheaper than what I paid! Makes me feel sad to know that, even though I put so much money into this car, I won’t even be able to sell it for the price I paid.I remember bringing up the value of the vehicle and Jimmy saying “it’s hard to find a running far for this cheap as you can tell”… I know it’s my fault for being naive and not waiting longer to decide but I shouldn’t have bought this car. Sometimes you just have to learn lessons the hard way. All that said, I still think this car was well taken care of before me, and it wasn’t the worst deal in the world, but it also was not a great deal either with all the repairs and things that I’ve had to get done with it. Next time, I’m probably not going to be using Family car sale unless it’s a car I’m prepared to put a lot more money into. Original: Jimmy was very genuine and good to work with.
