Shane is pretty laid back. Didn’t seem to care if he sold me a car or not. He was completely forthcoming on the type of car I was getting and showed me pictures of it before it was repaired. The price was about the best around for similar. Decided to gamble on the salvaged vehicle. I have put about 10k miles on it and so far and no issues. Car wasn’t loved by prior owners but figured a Subaru Maybe had lots of life left. We shall see. All good so far.

I’ve bought twice from this dealership before. They only deal with cars that have been declared a total loss by insurance companies and are doing rebuilds on them. What I will say is that they are very open about the vehicle, will show you photos of the vehicle before and after the repair job so that you can see the damage. They do a great job repairing the cars and have been willing to let me drive it off the lot to a mechanic of my choosing for inspection before making the purchase. Also when buying the car, it is about the easiest car puchase II have ever been involved in. They don’t haggle, but their prices are fair and only charge Tax, license and registration fees and that is it. No hidden stupid fees and no waiting around. When I finally decided to make the purchase I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The cars that I have purchased from them have been rock solid and they clean up the engine compartments like they were brand new cars. If you are in need of a good used car at low prices I would start with Dex. They are great to work with.

This was one of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever made. The customer service was excellent, no pressure, just genuinely helpful. And the quality of the car was excellent. Highly recommend! Got a beautiful Mazda CX-5, and I’m looking forward to many years with it.
