SS Auto Brokers

After looking at several RV dealerships and private sellers, we ended up at SS Auto Brokers to look at a class A, RV. Cameron was there and got us hooked up. The class A ended up being to big for us and we figured since we were there we would look at the other class C that were on the lot. Cameron was happy to show us all of them. He was knowledgeable about them and I never felt like we was pressuring us to buy one over the other. We were fortunate enough to see one that was a perfect fit for what we needed and at the price we were hoping for. Since we were already pre approved through our bank, financing was a breeze. Cameron then proceeded to make sure everything was in working condition and the RV was ready to go. He did a great job of explaining how the whole thing worked and some best practices, overall, with RVs. It was a great experience all the way around. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for an RV.

Although I did not close a deal here, my salesman Cameron was outstanding. If they have a vehicle in the future that im interested in, I would not hesitate to work with them again. They were straight forward, no BS...

Bought a truck with SS Auto Brokers from out of state. Cameron called right away after my online inquiry. Since I was out of state I requested specific videos and pictures and Cameron provided those no question. Day of pickup Cameron met me and we took a test drive. Super straightforward and honest. I couldn’t recommend Cameron and S S Auto Brokers enough. I had a great buying experience.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience in my opinion deserves one. The motorcycle sales staff themselves were great — friendly, patient, and not pushy at all. They’re the only reason this review isn’t a one star. The real problem is the dealership’s absurd no test ride policy. Expecting people to spend thousands of dollars on a motorcycle they are not allowed to ride first is ridiculous, especially when these are used 10-year-old bikes. I could completely understand requiring proof of funds, loan approval, insurance verification, endorsement and signed liability paperwork before a test ride. Every reputable dealership already does most of that. But refusing test rides altogether is just a terrible policy. What made it worse was the contradictory information. First we were told that the no test ride policy was okay because we could return the bike within an hour if we didn't like it and they’d “shred the paperwork." Suddenly it became “only if there’s a mechanical defect.” So basically, they expect customers to blindly buy a motorcycle and hope they actually like the feel, comfort, handling, and ride quality afterward. That’s insane. Those are some of the biggest factors in deciding whether a bike is even worth buying in the first place. The “our insurance won’t allow it” excuse is laughable when virtually every other dealership manages to figure it out through waivers, insurance checks, or “you break it, you buy it” agreements. If your insurance truly prevents test rides, then get better insurance instead of pushing all the risk onto customers. Because of this policy, they lost the sale of two motorcycles. It felt very cloak and dagger. Felt slimy. To top it off the next day we get a call "Hey the check engine light turned on". Well I guess glad we didn't buy it then, clearly wasn't a solid bike. I wanted to support a local family-owned business, but policies like this are exactly why people will elsewhere. We’ll continue buying from dealerships that actually let customers make informed purchases instead of expecting blind trust on bikes. I truly prefer family owned and wanted to venture out a bit as I've purchased 5 bikes from Young Powersports in the last 3 years alone. Hopefully others have a better experience in the future.
