Can't comment on any of the actual interaction, but the quote a received for my truck was so far below the worth of the truck, it is laughable. I understand you're never going to get top-dollar from Carvana but the quote I got was less than half of what a local dealership was going to give me on a trade-in. Not even worth considering.
Absolutely terrible experience. After taking my $15.5k down payment they sold the car to somebody else. Now they do not have how or when or even if I will get my money back. Nobody has answers and all are extremely unprofessional.
100 dollars for a 2013 toyota tundra with under 100k miles is jusr ridiculous. Never deal with this company.
