There is a lady that takes your payment kind of rude. I asked to speak with the owner because of how I felt like I got treated and she said that’s why the owner made a financial department so I can speak with them only asked if I could change my 💸💸Payment date to recurred with my new New Job and was told in a rude way that I need to learn how to save to make my payment on the date that I lined up with my old job been with them About four years never was late always made my payments a day ahead before my payment was due And I thought they would work with me since I’ve never asked or never been late but finance people were kind of rude. That’s the only reason why I’m giving a one star other than that the owner is a good dude just needs to work with this finance people learn how to work with the customer especially the ones that always on time would’ve never been later that was willing to go back and make another purchase, but I get it losing one customers nothing there’s a bunch of other people that are looking for cars Like his
