Jacob was an absolute legend, getting me an absolutely amazing truck with no problems at all and a good deal with it too! Anybody that’s looking to get a car I recommended him because he works with you and he absolutely gives you the best deal possible! I have been letting everybody that I know who needs a vehicle to go to my man Jacob!

So first of all, would like to clear a few things up. My daughter purchased a vehicle here, yes. Did it get repossessed, yes. But the car had multiple issues within the first few weeks, had to tow the car because it broke down on the side of the road. We have all the receipts of the tow and the messages advised the owner of this. We should have not kept the car, however, the owner promised they would take care of all repairs. Which supposedly they did, however, the car continues to over heat and break down multiple times.. which is why we stop making payments. We told the owner we were no longer going to pay on a car that did not work properly because it's a safety hazard at this point. So yes, we were well aware the car was going to be repossessed as we told the owner to do it. But the incident that occurs after the fact is 100% unprofessional and disgusting. Using racial slurs that have been caught on video btw is unacceptable and we will not stand for it. So with the owners response from my daughter's review, come with receipts, because we can.

unfortunately i chose to purchase a car here about 8 months ago , had constant problems the entire time. I chose not to continue making the payments because of how many issues kept recurring, due to that the car was repossessed (i wanted the car to be repossessed) the after math when trying to retrieve my items they withheld from me for two weeks , the owners partner decided to use a racial slur (video has been posted ) they lack accountability and thought “sorry” was enough. after the fact she realized how upset i was she continued to use racial slur the next day. very unprofessional and disheartening.

am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. During my interaction with staff, I was called a racial slur. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior ever. No customer should be subjected to racism while trying to do business. I expected professionalism and basic respect, and instead I was met with discrimination.

this place has horrible professionalism and is just blatantly disrespectful. my sister was called a racial slur just for trying to get something resolved. it’s completely unacceptable, i don’t care who you are… blatant racism is never okay. this is absolutely disgusting, i do not recommend coming here. there are TONS of other shops that are much nicer and professional
