We came to visit family for the holiday weekend and met with Hank at Texas Star Motors to take a look at a couple of potential cars for our son who just turned 16. He was ready with cold water and cars in the shade on a hot Texas day! We were able to test drive 2 cars and found exactly what we wanted! Within the hour, it was inspected, cleaned, gassed up and had a red bow on it! It was 100% worth the drive from Austin to see Hank at Texas Star Motors!

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. I am bought it online. They sent me videos of pictures of a beautiful car when I received it the car reaked of marijuana. The inside was never cleaned. The brakes and rotors were completely gone. The struts are rusted. I hope that I don’t have any more issues with this car. I paid $17,000 cash and they wouldn’t budget on the price when I called to let them know about the issues with the car I was offered $200. I have had to make over $1000 in repairs. Still have to spend another $350 On a detail. I would not even leave one star, but it Won’t let me post unless I do I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership
