Best car buying experience ever. Mr Gil provided me with top notch service. My wife and I both have cars from this company. Very honest a d straightforward people . The process is easy. No bait and switch. No trying to squeeze extra money from . Gave my check stubs proof of address and identification. He showed my options I picked the car , test drove it , came back did paperwork and down payment. Then drove away . I highly recommend this dealership.

We had 4 car lots we were visiting today and hit it hard & early arriving at 9am as Mi Amigo Motors was opening. We were greated by Mrs.Denisse Nava and given time to explore the lot, which is unique in that the vehicles here are fleet vehicles meaning they were used by enterprise etc. Normally in my experience fleet cars are run down and look worse for wear but Mi Amigo Motors has a number of nice 2020 vehicles that look and feel brand new and for a incredible price. Needless to say we never made it to the other lots we had scheduled because Mrs.Denisse went above and beyond and made us feel like we were truly amigos and I would buy from her again. Please come see Mrs.Denisse and tell her Cameron Taylor sent you. She will take care of ypu and I think you will be more than happy with your new vehicle. Shout out to the maintenance team and mechanics making sure the truck was clean and every concern we had was addressed i know you guys dont get the alot of glory but what you bring to the table is just as important and valued. P.S. Their "financing" process was like nothing I never experienced. Seriously they do a check but they do not pull credit scores so it's not even a factor. Like I said please go see Mrs.Denisse and tell her cameron sent you. We love our new truck.

I have bought many cars through out the years and never have I been able to find a place where I could go buy a car with no stress and such awesome customer service Rosy helped me today with an amazing purchase and was such a pleasant to work with. If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a car from the last year towards the end of the year. The car process was smooth; however, that's was the beginning of my downfall. Shortly after the rear view mirror came loose because it was held up with adhesive tape which I couldn't see until it broke off. My front bumper fell shortly after and when I went to analyze the bumper I see that adhesive tape was holding it up from the inside, which I couldn't tell when I first purchased it. Recently I decided to contact the dealership about the tires that were on the car. When I first bought the car, the tires were worn so I asked if they could fix the problem (car note on the expensive side and harder to get tires due to that). I met up with him in office and asked about it and I guess due to my choice of words he was rewording my point to make it seem like "the car was fixed up" (not saying it wasn't it is a USED car, I'm aware) and that it wasnt the dealerships fault but thankfully he sent us next door for the tires. We told the shop that the dealership sent us and what size tires were meant for the car. They went and called the dealer and things were squared away. Until 3 days later my "BRAND NEW" tire pops due to the valve completely separating from the tire. Called the dealer again to inform him on what happened so we can get a sense of direction on how to handle this due to him PAYING for the tires to get maintenanced (Called about a warranty or something for this situation). He then proceeds to have that complex of trying to reword/mansplain what's going on when in actuality he could've saved 5-10min by telling me to just have my car towed next door. Best advice: -Don't buy a car here unless you would like a headache -Be prepared to always have "wrong" choice of words. Even if that is exactly how the situation is -He IS ARROGANT - RUN away from this dealership
