I picked out my car over the phone, and when I came in, everything was already set up for me. They were a little busy, but the wait was short and the customer service stayed on point the whole time. I test-drove the car, everything ran smooth, and the process to make my down payment and pick up the vehicle was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and professional — especially Victor and Nayda, who made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I really appreciate how simple they made the whole process.
