Well well well… where do I even begin with Fredys Cars For Less. I purchased a used 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ from this dealership, putting down $3,000 and making three weekly payments of $175. Before I even reached the 30-day mark, the transmission started slipping, and shortly after, the vehicle became completely inoperable. For a vehicle that was supposed to be reliable, this was already a huge red flag. The dealership arranged to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic shop, but here’s where things got even worse—they refused to tell me where my vehicle was being taken. It has now been about two weeks, and I still have no idea where my Suburban is located. I haven’t been able to see it, check on it, or even confirm whether any actual repairs are being done. Every time I call or try to get answers, I’m given the same runaround. No one seems to know anything, or at least that’s what they claim. I’m constantly told they “don’t know” if the vehicle is being worked on, and they can’t provide a location or timeline. On top of that, the level of disrespect I’ve experienced from employees is unacceptable. Instead of addressing my concerns, I’ve been brushed off, spoken to rudely, and treated like my situation doesn’t matter. This entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and honestly concerning. I’ve invested a significant amount of money into this vehicle, and in return, I’ve been left without a car, without answers, and without basic transparency. At this point, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. What should have been a straightforward purchase has turned into a complete nightmare. But you know what they say, "You Get what you pay for".....

I Test drove a 2017 Hyundai sonata it was a nice looking car the advertisement is false even with a good credit co signed there's no $75 a week plan also the day after I bought it I woke up to get coffee and it wouldn't start it was the Easter weekend and so they didn't answer there phones all day. They were supposed to put a light in it never did they didn't tell me that the engine was a different year than the car body and that paper you sign doesn't mean that you have been told that. I'm suing and sent a complaint to Austin texas and department of motor vehicles with the governor I believe that this business is shady. They tried to tax my husband when he went to pay because I was at work. And last of all I paid for a repair that I didn't ask them to do they decided to do what they wanted and I never got pictures or proof of the mechanics work.

please don't come to this car lot. I put 2,500 down on a vehicle and it's only been four months and I am without a vehicle. Within the week off putting that much money down the car lit up like a Christmas tree. I begged for my money back they told me no. I asked them to fix the vehicle they told me no. I was paying $600 a month for a car that was barley working. They repossessed the vehicle and trying to resell it knowing it has issues. It looks cleaner than when I purchased it. I came in to get a letter stating I no longer have the vehicle they wouldn't give it to me and the manager called the police on me because I was reading him his rights. I wasn't even trying to argue I just needed a letter....

These people sold me a car that broke down 4 times 4 months the last straw was this on Saturday 4/28/2023 pick my daughter in Washington Tx from summer school and the car die right from turning to my little daughter house. Had pay to get back to Houston tx with My daughter and they want me to pay tow truck 395 and pay repairs and next week car payment and insurance. Scam Scam scam stay away

The moment I arrived there I didnt feel comfortable. The guy fernado wasnt professional at all. If I tell u what I am interested in thats common sense I have the money for a down payment He didnt offer us to test drive or nothing he replied once youre approved then u can test drive. I HAVE never heard of anything like that. He stated someone will call us back on Friday Noone called. I had to call them to get an update. The reviews are true I will never come back to this place or refer noone here. Very unprofessional place. The same day we got approve for a 2024 bmw with just 500 down. Your advertising is misleading 495 down is for junk not luxury so stop advertising falsly.
