I needed a van for deliveries. I was in route to another dealership. I passed by Vista Cars and Trucks. I made a u-turn to go back. Pulling up to the lot at 7:45 p.m right at closing was very intimidating due to my current credit situation. Lauren my awesome sales person greeted me when I entered the office door. I told her what I needed and she showed me one of the several vans that would be exactly what I needed. A bit embarrassed about my credit. Lauren told me what she would need to get me approved her exact words. A simple application my DL and verifiable income and a minimum down payment. The next morning she called and it was when she ask can you come test drive the van? Well I thought she was just getting me excited just to let me down. She then said I got you an approval I said in house financing she said no with a Bank Lender. No way! I was in awe like you sure you serious!Less than 24 hrs I was the owner of a well needed van. I got off from work completely all the paperwork. Then she and the owner help me locate the commercial insurance I would need to drive off the lot. I am so much calmer at work pulling up to the warehouse to pickup my totes for work without needing someone else help taking some of my load.
