I had such a great experience at Autovana from start to finish. Before I even came in, my brother had spoken with Aamir about a few vehicles, and everything he told us was accurate and helpful when I arrived. When I got there, I test drove a couple of vehicles. The gentleman who went on the test drives with me was extremely kind, patient, and explained everything about the cars while we were driving. After the test drives, I went back into the office where Marie helped me finalize everything. She assisted me with insurance and carefully went over the entire contract. What I appreciated most is how she made sure I understood every single detail. She has such a warm personality she made me feel so comfortable, like I had known her for a long time. I purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from this dealership. In the beginning, everything went smoothly. Ameir was very understanding, worked with me on payments, and told me I would be able to trade in the vehicle after making payments for a while. Unfortunately, my experience changed after the purchase was completed. When I attempted to trade in my vehicle on several occasions, the process became extremely difficult. There always seemed to be another requirement or additional money needed before a trade-in could happen. Communication also became frustrating, as it often felt like other employees were being used to handle issues instead of addressing concerns directly. I do want to recognize Marie, who was always kind, professional, and understanding. She was one of the few people who consistently treated me with respect and took the time to listen. Recently, I was involved in an accident in which the other driver was found at fault, and my vehicle was declared a total loss. The insurance company paid off the loan. As a former customer who had also referred people to the dealership, I hoped there would be some flexibility when trying to purchase another vehicle. Instead, I was told I would still need to provide 25% down, with no effort made to work with my situation. While everyone’s experience may be different, mine left me feeling disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that potential customers carefully consider their options before purchasing from this dealership. And they deleted my previous review
