The customer service 3.5/5 The car selection 2.5/5 The quality of deals 1/5. The 09' Acura TL broke down within a hour off the lot.. The Salesman called there contracted mechanic that travels everywhere for fixing cars... They did give me a rental for a day but it had a cracked windshield and the engine light was on.. it did run well for their rental. Most of the cars are for people with bad credit so the prices are inflated by at least 3-5 thousand more than the Kelly Blue Book price.. When I called to void the contract, the gentleman on the phone was lying saying you can't get out of a contact from the intent to buy.. YOU HAVE 72 HOURS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS TO NULLIFY ANY CONTRACT. He lied on the phone to keep me on the payment plan to buy.. It's a good dealership IF YOU HAVE CREDIT ISSUES. Otherwise it's not worth the inflation cost on the car.

This is the worst car dealership in Texas. They will cheat you out your money, and don’t follow the contract as well. The day I bought the car, 30 mins after leaving the lot the car would not turn on. I called them and they came the next day. I get the car back from them and 3 days later the coolant hose broke off it. 2 days later the driver window fuse went out. I called them every time about every problem, and they knew the problem before I told them. They know that the cars they sell are very unreliable and yet they still sell it and get your money and don’t abide by the contract. If I were you I would go somewhere else and don’t waste my time on a horrible dealership. All of there employees are rude and disrespectful, and will not pick up the phone for you as well.

Y'all better start test driving these cars before you buy them 🤭
