My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. During the sales process, the staff were attentive, responsive, and very eager to assist with every question. They presented themselves as highly professional and customer-oriented, which created the impression that customer satisfaction was truly a priority. However, once the vehicle was sold, the level of service changed drastically. Communication became nearly impossible. Phone calls were not returned, messages went unanswered, and any attempt to reach someone responsible was met with silence. When contacting customer support, I was repeatedly instructed to send my concerns via email. Unfortunately, those emails which they themselves requested were never acknowledged or answered. It feels as though, once the sale is completed, the customer simply ceases to exist in their system. A dealership’s true character is revealed not when they are trying to earn your business, but when they are expected to stand behind their service after the sale. Sadly, in this case, the professionalism shown before the purchase completely disappeared afterward. I strongly encourage future buyers to consider this experience carefully before doing business here. Customer service should not end the moment the contract is signed.
