Neighborhood auto was a great,smooth, and helpful process. Everyone here was so welcoming and kind. Georgina was so sweet and she really went the extra mile for us. Don’t waste your time unless you want to be ignored. I purchased an automobile on 02/28/26. Not even 2 wks later I was having problems & the Sales Manager- Randy was not responsive. I had to call back & make my own arrangements to have the car serviced. Even after letting them keep the car for days they still denied anything was wrong & offered no solutions. Lights in the dashboard continued to go off & on with no calls back when contacting the car lot. I was even told “that’s what the warranty is for”. No Sir, not if the automobile was for sale & not serviced before. Fast forward to today, on my way home driving said vehicle the same lights come on in the dashboard but now the engine light as well and cuts off when I stop at traffic lights. Now I’m smelling an odor I put on my hazards to thankfully make it to Pep Boys to leave it & be inconvenienced again. Buy elsewhere if you can because this should not be happening. Especially when they’re going to expect my payment but not care that they’ve sold you something that has been more of a hassle than a solution.
