I went into this purchase completely traumatized from the last vehicle & dealership I purchased a car through in Denton. Zach made it a complete turn around for me. My family went from having a broke down Nissan ( 2nd transmission failure in 5 months, no AC, catalytic converter needed to be replaced) walking on foot for the last few weeks to owning a like new 2022 Kia Sportage. He was SO reassuring that the vehicles were completely reliable. They are very willing to work with you. 11/10 experience. Ask for Zach he is the guy!!

I was in a tight situation and had to find a car that day. The woman who sold me the car never disclosed verbally that the car had been completely totaled in a rollover accident. I've been in sales and ALWAYS disclose things like this. I trusted what she had to say about the car and didn't do my due diligence and look through the car's history myself. It was my first time buying used. Lesson learned! This car has had SO many issues. I have poured thousands into it! A couple of years later and the paint is gone on the hood and top of the car. The body shop said it was due to a cheap paint job. A mechanic looked at it when I needed a repair and said it was very poorly rebuilt. The trunk won't stay open either and I have to hold it open with my hand. I spent 17k on it when I bought it and the most I can get for it as a trade in is 1k now. No dealership will buy this car! Please hire people with integrity who will openly discuss the car's history when asked if there is anything wrong with it. This has been my most disappointing purchase.
