I would not recommend TR Tex Auto Group to anyone. My experience has been extremely frustrating, stressful, and honestly unsafe. I’ve only had this car since February 26, and it is now April 10, and I have already had serious issues. From the moment I got the car, it was already having problems. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issues, they refused to properly repair the vehicle. Things only got worse from there. While I was driving, my inner tie rod broke, which is a serious safety hazard. I could have easily lost control, crashed, and been seriously injured or killed. That situation alone shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety. On top of that, there was little to no communication throughout this entire process. I was constantly left in the dark and had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic information. The person who sold me the car his name is Kaya did not properly handle this situation or take accountability. To make matters worse, when I spoke up and threatened to file a complaint with the DMV, they refused to give me my keys back—even though I was current on my payments at the time. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am still responsible for payments on a car that has been unsafe and unreliable since day one. There has been no accountability, no transparency, and no respect shown to me as a customer. Do not do business with this company unless you are prepared to deal with serious issues. Protect yourself, get everything in writing, and do not trust verbal agreements. EDIT:: I am updating my review to include proof of my communication with the dealership. As shown in the attached messages, I explained that the inner tie rod failed while I was driving, which caused me to lose control of the vehicle. Any contact with a curb or sidewalk happened as a result of that mechanical failure—not before. My mechanic confirmed this was a steering component failure, which is a serious safety issue. I even offered to pay for parts to resolve the issue, but they refused and instead demanded I pay for everything. I attempted multiple times to resolve this directly, but instead I was told to pay for all repairs and was later threatened with repossession. I am sharing this so others can see exactly how this situation was handled. The issues with this vehicle started almost immediately after purchase, not after any alleged “later damage.” The vehicle experienced serious mechanical failures, including a tie rod issue and fuel system problems, which made it unsafe to drive. These are safety concerns, not cosmetic damage. I have documentation and mechanic statements to support this. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, but instead of a fair resolution, I was left with financial loss and no reliable vehicle. This matter is now being handled through the proper legal process.
