Where do I start with my experience?? I went in 2 weeks ago with my mind told made up and set on an SUV. Brody explained the car wasn't there but would be there in a few days. He then showed me other options. Very polite and patient. I told him let me think about it. Well let's just say I told him what I wanted and he delivered. No harassing calls, no pressure to buy, just patience and understanding. Then comes Jason I have him the hardest time. Again patience and laughs. The owner great guy! Other salesperson great guy also. I drove away with my dream car feeling good, looking good and happy about the down payment and monthly payments. If you are looking for a car or SUV hands down swing by there. Tell them Shan sent you!!

Auto Plaza was a amazing car buying experience to them helping you find a car by simply giving them a good list of what you are looking for to them showing you what they have, But do remember to also do your homework into making sure the car you are buying is known for reliability, So i drove the car went home and studied its reliability then came back to purchase which was a smooth experience,I have had 0 issues with my car and I appreciate Auto Plazas patience into making sure i was making the right decision Highly Recommend! And remember (DO YOUR HOMEWORK!)

I can’t believe yall still letting Auto Plaza scam yall they tell people to give good reviews when they first get the car then come a month later the customer complaining about how the car broke down and how Auto Plaza give them the run around which is very true I had 3 cars from them because I had to keep switching them out because mechanical problems so please don’t be fooled an u see the same names repeatedly explains how rude an how they lie to them which is true they don’t check the cars just straight from the auction an put on the lot they don’t care if they working properly or not so please look at how the negative reviews out way the positive reviews they tell you to write! AN THEY MIGHT REMIVE MY POST BUT I WILL BE POSTING AGAIN TO WARN PEOPLE

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I bought my car in January and everything seemed to be going well. Today my car died on the highway in a construction zone so the city towed it. I called and asked if they would help me to get it towed to their service people. I was told I would have to have it towed myself and pay for repairs. I haven't even had this car for 5 months. I asked to speak to the manager but the salesperson refused and when I expressed frustration he hung up on me. So bottom line, they will sell you a lemon and then leave you hanging with payments on a vehicle you can't even drive.

I got a car from here 2/9/24 barely drove it then on 3/11/24 it stopped on the freeway and was smoking. I called them they said o we can get it towed but it won’t be today. I paid $200 to have it towed they ain’t give me $1 back. I was gone pay for the fix so I can have a way around but the mechanic called telling me they sold me a piece of SH.. and they could not get it to stop smoking. I called and let them know hey that car is not fixable they cont to hang up over and over and just picked the car up from shop on 3/20. That was my experience and my worst all the years of me getting cars I NEVER knew that kind of stuff was legal smh. But god did bless me and I have a new reliable car now although I lost $2100 with them.
