The process took about 2 hours... but let's be honest... that was mostly because of me. 😅 The team was patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed. They answered my questions, worked with me, and made the experience surprisingly peaceful. No pressure... No drama... Just good people helping me get back on the road. My experience @ Traditional Auto was a great experience I didn’t want to make the wrong decision so I ask Kurt & Matt would they give me a day to pray about it and they where very patient with me and understood completely. Kurt was awesome he’s the KING OF LOW DOWN PAYMENTS. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
I absolutely love Kurt and Matt. I had waited for a couple of months to get a new car after my last one with them broke down but they found me something new and improved, definitely an upgrade and they worked with my trade in value. They are truly amazing! And I love Kurt’s sense of humor.
