From the reviews that I saw here, I know some of the customers on her is lying because either they didn’t get approved or they didn’t like what they see, but from my personal opinion visiting this place in the DFW this is one of the best car lot that I’ve been to and I’ve been civil retail laws and they just don’t offer the competitive financing that you get here especially with their lenders they have they have great interest rates and some of the best quality cars that I’ve seen out here in the DFW area and I’ll be here for about a year now and again they cars are very good quality cars. I would recommend buying a car from them any day. The purchasing experience was pleasant and I had no problems with the financing $2000 down and it got me in the vehicle that I want. The cars were great. The product is great. Customer service is great. Gotta give a big shout out for Mr. Corey Ron. Hope I’m saying your name right the other finance girls and the people there they was all respectful and cool, and they were very educated and the selling process very straightforward no BS and around and straight to the point if you want your experience to be dealt with with all credit levels this is the place to go. They help anybody as long as you got the money that I get you in a vehicle today with no problems purchased this 2022 Volkswagen Jetta excellent condition quality car I even went and had the car detailed right after I drove it off the lot and again this is the quality of the car they have they’re excellent

I just want to give a big thank you to Sade and the whole team for helping me get into my car the same day! She was so helpful, patient, and kind through the entire process she made sure everything was taken care of and that I felt confident driving off the lot. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and making sure things go smoothly. Everyone I worked with played such a great part in making it happen, but she really went above and beyond for me. I’m so thankful and would definitely recommend working with her and the team!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Failed to inform us the vehicle we were buying was a salvaged title out of the 3 months we’ve had this truck it’s been in the shop all but 2 weeks. The engine is completely out and having to be replaced. On top of everything the truck was on E when we bought and took a lot for them to even put a little gas in it after. They have the tags to the truck and refuse to mail them to us. Just a reminder we still don’t have the truck so how are we going to drive to come pick up tags. Would never ever recommend this place. Just a bunch of crooks

🚫 WARNING: Stay Away from DFW Auto Choice! 🚫 Manager: Corey Clarke Sr. I strongly recommend that no one ever does business with DFW Auto Choice. This has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a car from them on September 26, and the vehicle broke down the same day I bought it. The engine overheated and stopped completely. They picked up the car and told me it would be repaired, but it took 28 days before I got it back. During that time, they constantly gave me false updates and broken promises—every time I called, I was told something different. Manager, Corey Clarke was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. They rarely answered calls and often had bad attitudes when they did. When I finally got the car back after nearly a month, it broke down again less than two miles from the dealership. After they picked it up the second time, they blamed me and claimed that the engine was locked up because of something I did, even though the car had just come from their so-called “repairs.” To make matters worse, they refused to give me my $2,000 down payment back. The bank even informed me that the dealership had already closed the deal without notifying me, meaning they kept my money and left me with nothing. They later said they’d only return $1,500 because of a supposed $500 “tow fee,” even though the car broke down through no fault of my own. This business is grimy, dishonest, and poorly managed. I’ve had to seek help from law enforcement just to try and get my money back. DFW Auto Choice is completely untrustworthy and unprofessional—I don’t understand how they’re still operating. ⚠️ Do not buy a car from these people. They lie, avoid accountability, and take advantage of customers. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere reputable.
