I came to the dealership for a car that I saw online. When I got there, another car had caught my eye. We discussed the car and I purchased it. The process was easy and explained clearly. They offer in-house insurance also. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle from the company so I will give a update later on how the car is doing.

I am overwhelmed with joy and appreciation after purchasing my Pontiak G6 at CarNetwork!! The staff who handled things for me were unbelievably professional, personable, gentle and savvy, namely Lili, Chris, and Erin the maintenance guy!!! Another sweet and helpful young lady facilitated some questions I had over the phone, but I didn’t catch her name! And I met Alex the head guy the following day and what a great guy!! Thankfully I got to tell him everything I just said about his team!! Fred Seufert

Alex was helpful, they were very upfront about everything. The process was fairly simple, they have a wide range of vehicles pretty much for whatever your needs may be. This isn't traditional bank financing but more so in house finance, they do offer an extended warranty though which can be beneficial with used vehicles.

This car dealership has been withholding titles to remove a GPS tracking device from my girlfriends car (and apparently other people in the reviews too). I would not trust them if you were looking to get a car. The receptionists have been lying constantly about the contract and have been very abrasive. I am not one to leave reviews, but this experience has been so shockingly bad I felt the need to warn other people!
