And Erika Romo is the best, she was patient kind and answered all my questions and concerns. I had no air in my old car, I googled and they came up. I had got 2cars from them and I had no problem with them and, I went back and got a nother car from them and they will work with you and Danny and Ana are really nice people
There is a rude lady that works there and when I found out who she is she getting reported to corporate she is not good for yall business I don’t know what type of day she was having but she better watch herself
Stay away! These is a shark loan scam business.. they pray on our weakest time. Let me explain, the car dealer lot that we see is just a front. What they really do is have us sign a 48 months loan without actually handing us the loan. Instead they make us believe we are financing a vehicle. Please again the vehicle that we need so blindly, we are signing our life away for this scammer. They also had many tricks to have excuses to tow the vehicle away and still we are obligated to pay off the loan that we sign regardless if you still have the vehicle or not. Remember they can do that because we sign a loan not financing a vehicle.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with and I advise everyone to stay as far as possible away from this company. I brought a car from simple auto and the first day it was in the shop for 3 weeks and once it was ready to be picked it had a flat. I had to come out of my own pocket to fix the flat on top of paying for them to fix the car and still had to pay my car note in full. Then shortly after that the car had to go back to the shop and they kept it for a month and I still had to pay my note in full. They have had my car longer than I have but still expect me to pay the note and all the maintenance. This place has nothing but lemons for sale and should be avoided at all cost
