These guys are awesome. And they will work with you. We couldn't afford the whole down payment and these guys let us split what we couldn't pay into our first 4 payments, and we got to drive off the lot with only 600 down. They are very cool and aim to help you get a vehicle. I've been to so many places that just say NO. No credit check. Just have proof of steady income and they will try to get you into a set of wheels. Another plus... We had a problem with the brakes and the check engine light coming on. They did a smoke test and it turned out we needed a new gas cap. Plus they replace our brakes, rotors, and everything free of charge. They'll do that if it's a problem the car already had and you notify them quickly after you buy it. Anyhow, I highly recommend you check this place out. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Very friendly service.

I just recently bought a car from them not even a week ago and they sold me this car with already issues and they claim that it’s not their fault because it is a used vehicle. I would just keep that in mind before you buy from here make sure you get the vehicle that you’re purchasing checked thoroughly. The customer service is also very horrible. Lots of attitude and The finance lady is very condescending.

Be sure to read the negative reviews! They’ll tell you all you need to know ! This place lacks customer service skills and everything becomes a bait and switch. Low quality vehicles combined with hidden fees and angry staff make a recipe for disaster. Stay far away !

I have been with this company now over a year. I have been paying for over a year. I have had really no good customer service here. In the beginning they was good and worked with me. When you have a accident in their car. There process has been so so slow. Even closed during the holiday's. When car buying is at it's all time high. They don't call you back for follow up on anything. I have to call them. They destroyed my credit rating by sending them it being delinquent when my car has been totaled out by insurance company. They would not help me with a loan car during this process. I have been in loan car now at my expense over a month and a half. They are not helping me get into another car. they say there waiting on the GAP insurance to kick in. they already posted the money from my insurance company to my account. Still have not taken anything off my credit report. Totally put out by this 123 Auto company. Until i see some resolution this review will remain as a negative situation. I deserve some of my money back since they are paying off my car.

Easy to get a car but the car note is way to high, I went to put 1000 down on a Kia Soul and when I left the paperwork said my car note would be 300 no more than 400 a month but when I went in the office the lady said they told me the wrong quote and for the first month it will be 700. I went ahead and paid the 700 even though I knew that was fishy but then the second month they wanted another 700 what the hell, its like they were trying to get over on me. I hate I ever signed a contract through 123 Texas Auto because that was straight bs. I went and bought a cash car. Thank god I didn’t pay them anymore of my hard earned money.
