I bought two cars from Jewel Motors in the last two months. The experience was so good the first time that I came back today. The guys sell good cars at a good price. I highly recommend this place.

I bought a 2009 mercury Milan excellent car at a fair price I had 2 of my mechanics look at it and they said nothing but positive things about the car. The gentleman in the office was helpful with questions I had and I’m glad I chose this dealership vs the other ones that will lie to your face and sell you your own shoes back to you. Bring your own OBDII Scanner!!! The car looked mint and the whole process was smooth. They were very helpful. During the process I specifically asked if the car had any pending OBDII codes and I was told that there was nothing bad, that it had just passed emissions test and a car cannot pass emissions test with a check engine light and pending codes. I believed them and bought the car after drive testing it. A few miles off the dealer I got the check engine light ON. I know I bought AS-IS with no warranty. I signed for that and I honor my signature. I kindly asked them to provide me with the code so I could start fixing my car. No answer so far. I got myself an OBDII scanner. The code turned out to be the catalytic converter. I wonder how it just passed the emissions test with a bad catalytic converter.
