I purchased a 2016 Infiniti QX50 from Bonillas Auto LLC and was told the vehicle was in good condition. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. As soon as I received the car, I noticed serious safety issues—the airbag was not functioning and the passenger seatbelt was missing. I refused to accept the vehicle until the seatbelt was repaired. After that, I took the car for an inspection, and it failed because it was not safe to drive. This is something that should have never happened if the vehicle had been properly checked before being sold. I reported these issues immediately and even spoke with someone named Karen. I also went into the office in person, but instead of receiving help, I was told I needed to speak with the person who sold me the vehicle—who never returned my calls. What made this experience even worse was the way I was treated. The staff was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and even used racial remarks toward me. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me the problems were mine because I had already purchased the vehicle. This was a very upsetting and unacceptable experience. No customer should be treated this way, especially when dealing with serious safety concerns. I ultimately returned the vehicle and will never do business with this company again. I strongly advise others to avoid Bonillas Auto LLC. Your safety, your money, and your peace of mind are at risk.

If you want to deal with major repairs, go ahead. I was looking at three different cars, and the cars they tried to sell me were horrible. It seems like Humberto was just trying to get rid of them. These people are so dishonest it's disgusting. I told him about the problems I noticed, and he showed me another car that he promised was better than the other. But, of course, he needed a sale, so he was willing to sell. So, I purchased a car, only to find out it had transmission issues. He ignored all texts and calls regarding these issues. He also promised to replace the bent rims and gave me a two-week timeframe. I reached out to him, and I was completely ignored. Every time I called from a different number, he answered, but not when I called from my personal number. After realizing it was me, he suddenly became busy. I then come to the realization that Humberto hadn’t plan I fixing the issues they promised. I even showed the lady that work in the back the diagnostic paperwork and they still did nothing. She said they’ll be in touch but I never received a call or email.

Terrible place. Save yourself from this dealership. My son got a vehicle 6 months ago and has spent almost 1k in repairs. That’s Not the worst part, now a serious engine problem is occurring and we’re left shopping around for another vehicle. 1st time buyer ruining his credit over this. My niece went to get a car but thankfully she avoided it by getting approved elsewhere. She was approved there then was told never mind then was told ok come back you’ve been approved. What kind of shady stuff is that? 🤔
