Clarence was truly AMAZING!!!! He was patient while I flip flopped in what vehicle I wanted. He was understanding to our financial limitations and worked with us to get a GREAT vehicle that runs and looks great. If you need a reliable nice car, go see Klarence, he will work hard to get you rollin.

Car started making weird sounds and ac started blowing hot within 13 days of having the car. During the buying process, Dexter assured that if anything went wrong with my vehicle,the dealership had a contract at Pep Boys in the city where I am located. Once I reached out within the 13 days before my first car payment was due. Dexter was very rude on the phone and automatically said that I would have to drive the car back to the dealership which was two hours away when I explained to him that I was not there locally, he then said well you’ll have to speak with the manager to get the car serviced. He then got sarcastic and stated we don’t give refunds, you’ll have to talk to my manager about sending your car to Pep Boys. After that conversation I have reached out three different times, and I am being forwarded to a phone line that no one is picking up the manager has not picked up the phone and I advise anyone that is in the buying process of a car to not buy a car from Automaxx unless you have money to pour into a lemon. Within 13 DAYS!!!!
