Auto one In-House Finance

I was so pleased with my experience today Auto One. The ambiance of this establishment made me so comfortable I wasn’t even worried about getting approved. The sales guy Mr Kendrick was very polite and knowledgeable and got us just what we were looking for. Thank you guys for a fast approval and great car! Service unmatched! I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Priscilla and Jose. What could have been an extremely stressful and frustrating situation turned into an experience where I genuinely felt cared for and supported. I was dealing with a very stressful situation involving my car, and both Priscilla and Jose went completely above and beyond to help me. What meant the most to me was that they took time out of their weekend, even after business hours, to make sure my situation was being handled. They didn’t have to do that, but they did and I will never forget it. Priscilla was absolutely AMAZING. From the very beginning, she was so kind, patient, and reassuring. She could tell that I was stressed, and she constantly reassured me that I was going to get my car back and that she was going to do everything she could to help. She even apologized for the inconvenience, and I could genuinely tell that she cared about what I was going through. Sometimes, when you’re already overwhelmed, simply having someone speak to you with kindness and reassurance makes a HUGE difference. Jose was just as amazing. He was extremely polite, patient, professional, and willing to help me every step of the way. He made sure I was taken care of and played a huge part in helping me get my car back in a timely manner. I especially want to recognize the fact that while I was outside in the Texas heat, dealing with everything and waiting for my car situation to be resolved, they made sure I was okay and well taken care of. That kind of compassion goes beyond customer service it shows that there are still people who genuinely care about others. I was already having a difficult and stressful day, and the kindness that both Priscilla and Jose showed me truly meant more than they probably realize. They could have simply done their jobs and sent me on my way, but instead, they treated me like an actual person who needed help. Priscilla and Jose, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, professionalism, and the extra effort you both made to help me. You made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with, and I will always remember how you both treated me. If your management team sees this, please know that you have two AMAZING people representing your business. They deserve to be recognized for the way they take care of their customers. I am beyond grateful, and I cannot thank you both enough! ❤️I will be there to surprise them both with lunch very soon!!

I walked in and was greeted with smiling faces. Had absolutely no idea if I was going to get approved but Alex and Priscilla worked diligently and made sure that I was treated like a queen. They took the time and helped me pick a vehicle . It was truly an amazing experience. I have already told everyone I know to come check them out

I went to Auto One and Katie was the one who helped my sister get a vehicle. When I say she was very attentive and very helpful she was amazing! From getting there to doing the paperwork and getting into the vehicle that my sister purchased. She really made the whole process feel less stressful! She was truly the best and got us a good deal with affordable down payment and affordable payment plan as well! When you go to Auto One ask for Katie she will help you the car you need she cares!

My experience with Auto One has been awful. The only pros is that they will give you a vehicle and is second chance friendly! But the car I received was no good! I financed a vehicle from this dealership on July 25, and just 5 days later, on July 31, the check-engine light came on and the vehicle began making loud, concerning noises and I brung the vehicle back to get it checked out which was on a Friday. It’s now been a whole week my car has been sitting with no updates or nothing. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but I would expect a dealership to properly inspect a vehicle before selling and financing it. What has made this experience even worse is the lack of communication. From management and to my salesperson, I have not been given clear or consistent answers about what is actually wrong with the vehicle or when it will be repaired. I have had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates and they fail to give me anything! Pri has handled this situation horribly which is why I will be pushing this issue farther. She has been very rude with a nasty attitude, and unprofessional, and Alex my salesperson is literally always confused about what is going on with the vehicle, he can never give me a clear update. They said the car will be ready Monday I call Monday they said Wednesday then I call Wednesday and they say it will be ready Friday. I call today which is Friday and guess what ? The car still not ready they haven’t even offered to replace the car, or to make any accommodation. The only time I seem to get a response or any urgency is when I leave a review, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I have to make payments on a vehicle that I have barely been able to use, and this situation has also caused me to spend additional money getting transportation while my vehicle has been SITTING at the dealership. I am definitely pushing this issue further because this is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Auto One to anyone looking to purchase a RELIABLE vehicle. I genuinely do not understand how this dealership has so many positive reviews after the experience I have had.
