I recently bought a new car, and I had a really great experience with the dealer. He made the whole process easy and helped me with everything from start to finish, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident in my decision.

Im giving a honest 5 stars.. We are all leary of used car sales lots ok.. However I must oppose the critics here.. These gentlemen were amazing.. There was never any pressure. I had all the time I wanted or needed to have my way and look over anything and everything I wanted to.. I had a couple of my mechanic friends come with me.. they got to crawl all over the car check anything and everything. They provided the facts about the good the bad the ugly and the beautiful. At the end I was even refunded almost 200 bucks.. like I have never seen a used dealership be that honest ok.. just.. theres only so much that can be done when it comes to used cars.. customers should do their research buying a car because its pretty and matches your vibes is just rediculous and a pour investment. Dont be mad at the dealership because you didnt do your homework. All im saying.. these guys were amazing and I will be referring these guys everywhere because as far as I am concerned it was well worth the 2 hr drive!!

My son in law bought a car from you 2 months ago if that and its now longer drivable, he came in with my husband your guy said there was no oil in the car, but we had just put 3 quarts of oil in it the day before, that's the problem. All he wants is it to be fixed. But one of your guys just keeps telling him that you came in with no oil BECAUSE ITS LEAKING OUT!!! FIX IT he can't drive it but still has to pay 6k for it is bullshit! I've already contacted an attorney if this can't be resolved.

To begin with Dani and Oscar, are both nice and friendly. But i have had a not so good, post buying experience within 3 days of purchasing this "CARFAX" certified vehicle. Which I never received the report on. I Bought this 1991 Corolla on Saturday March 18th, and by (March 21st) Tuesday morning the harmonic balancer came off causing the alternator belt and the a/c compressor belt to be destroyed. (Pictures attached) And of course the car is not able to be driven. It was no wonder the 2 times that I test drove the vehicle it had to be jump started because the battery was dead. Evidently The alternator was not charging the battery correctly because the crankshaft pully was broken. That should have been my red flag. But i was told the door on the vehicle wasnt closed properly and battery drained because of the interior light being on from previous day. Which sounded reasonable. I did notice that the alternator belt looked new but I thought someone just did some recent repairs to keep up the maintenance. It now seems like the previous belt was probably damaged recently and replaced. I will say at least the interior and exterior of the vehicle was very clean. Dani was not willing to negotiate the price during the buying process which was disappointing, but I was told the car was worth it. After all it did does look Good 👍inside and out and test drove very well. (Pictures attached)They offered to let me bring the car back to their mechanic for repair but it will cost me $180 to have it towed since I live 30 miles away in Balch Springs. And i will still have to pay about $200 for the repairs. There is a reputable mechanic which is only 3 miles from my house that quoted me $250-$325 to repair. If the price of the car had been negotiable to begin with, this situation would have been a lot more pleasant and no negative review would have been posted. If we receive any help from Mr. Jubain, I will be happy to edit this review. All the cars appear nice and clean. But there should be a better inspection process in place, especially if the price is not negotiable. Of course, next time that will be another Red Flag. Also I never received the CARFAX report for the vehicle. I enjoy buying cash cars and have always had good experiences. Of course there will be repairs on any used car, but I just think this was a little too soon. Maybe this experience will turn around for the better, we will see😊.

Completely untrustworthy individuals. I bought a car here for around $12k cash, was given the keys and paperwork and said they were going to do inspection and I was good to go. The next day they asked me to come back because they couldn’t do the inspection the day I bought even though they said everything was good so I went back. The second day the guy inspecting it was gone for a bit and finally showed back up, went in and said something to their boss so he went out with an OBD reader, probably reset the check engine light and gave my keys back. When I turned it back on, the check engine light came on and they closed for the day. The guy texted me again a third time and said they couldn’t do it again because of a check engine light. Not only was the check engine light on but there was a slip in the transmission. The third time I was driving there, the clutch went out and I got stuck on the side of the highway. I called them, they told me to tow it there and then they immediately started saying “you don’t know how to drive stick man. You burned the clutch.” I’ve owned 4 manual transmission cars before this. My first car that I bought when I was 17 was manual and I have never had a clutch burn out on me. Then the two guys didn’t have their story straight because one told me he drove it a bunch the second day and “it felt weird” and his boss said “we never drove it after you bought it so you don’t know how to drive stick.” They tried telling me to take it to “their guy” across the street and said I’d have to pay $1600 for a new clutch. I ended up getting it towed to my mechanic and got a new clutch installed. When I got it back a camshaft position sensor was bad so I changed that. The rear window on the convertible top has become unglued and is falling apart from multiple places. The passenger side door latch doesn’t work. Multiple parts of the dash have fallen apart. It’s one thing after another with makeshift fixes. They didn’t offer any assistance with the quick issues that were occurring and kept saying “you bought it you fix it. It’s not ours.” When I got the clutch fixed and replaced the sensor he kept telling me to take it back to them to inspect but at that point I was done dealing with them so I took it to get inspected elsewhere and sent him the passed inspection. It then took them several weeks to mail it to me after I texted them multiple times and they kept saying they sent it. When I was there, another guy went in after a test drive and told them there were several parts broken so it seems like they try to cheaply cover up issues with their vehicles and sell them as is then throw a fit and blame the buyer when the issues start showing. They were initially very kind but as soon as you point the issues out they quickly turn on you. This is my own personal experience and it is the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never go back to this terrible place. I’m not sure how they don’t have more negative reviews. Completely untrustworthy individuals.
