I have waited 2 months to write this review, just to make sure the car that I bought from them is good. We bought a FRS from Cransh two months ago, first day back after the deal, the car engine light came on red. I called Ricardo next day about the engine light. He said to bring back the car. They end up replacing the catalytic converter on their expense. I was so thankful that they made that service even the transaction was done. They have my trust for a reliable business. I will buy from them again.

Cransh auto has by far been the best dealership I’ve ever been too. Not like a big chain dealerships that push you to buy 50,000 cars that aren’t worth 30k. And doesn’t have that feel like these mom and pop Sketchy places. My salesman was Blain, he was calm and awesome! As I already knew what I wanted to see he gave me the keys said see ya when you get back. You can take the car to get checked out or run to the bank and grab your cash. They fix the cars up to make them running great. If they miss a few things just let them know and they will see what they can do. I will say the cars are def on the higher end of price. But it was said by Blain “you can buy these cars cheap and spend 2k to get them fixed up, or you can pay a little on the higher end and we already fixed them.” And I agree. They also leave the empty boxes in the truck of the cars as proof of the things they replaced. I looked at 3 cars while I was there took them all and picked the car and paid cash super quick and easy no big fees. I’ll def buy a few more cars there. I would have bought 2 today as I really couldn’t decide on the better out of the 2 I decided on. COME CHECK THESE GUYS OUT!!!

Ricardo at Cransh Auto Sales was great. Actually everyone there was great. I rented a car in Lubbock and drove to Cransh Auto Sales hoping that their website wasn’t hiding any secrets. Well, I can tell you that they weren’t hiding anything. The car I had seen on the website was just as great when I saw it in person. I just drove it for about 45 minutes. Once I was done with the test drive. I knew that that was the car I would be driving back home in. I bought a 2012 Toyota Camry for $9975. This car drove like a new one. They had done all of the maintenance, including brakes, shocks, fluids, serpentine belt and got it cleaned up very well. The body on this car doesn’t have one dent. They filled it up with gas for me before I left. The paperwork literally took 10 minutes. The wonderful lady in the office clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She explained everything to me and made sure that I understood all of it. I then drove the car 315 miles home without any issue at all. I bought the car for my mom, who was so happy with it. I highly recommend going to look for your next car at Cransh. They had tons of vehicles at all price ranges. They really know their stuff. I will be returning very soon to buy my daughter a car. This is how every car dealership should be.

2013 Acura RDX: I bought this vehicle from Cransh Auto about a couple of months ago, so I’m late to this review. Arthur was patient with me as I test drove 8 cars before I landed on this. I had transmission issues a few days after delivery, but I went back to them and got it fixed (cost me for the spare parts, not complaining) and she’s been such a delight! A few niggles here and there (minor control arm repair coming up), but man am I a happy man every time I drive her. Audio system+++. 164000+ miles on her by a single owner and purrs like a kitten. Tip: Always inspect your car with a 3rd party mechanic when buying a used car. My situation could’ve been avoided if this was done. My purchase, my responsibility. Thank you so much, Arthur! Highly recommend this place for reliable used cars. Oh and, no haggling here, price is as is :)
