I am quite a bit older than most of the folks that have left a post on Jim Bayless' website. I have had my share of used/Pre-Owned vehicles. Even bought one from a family member in this Used car industry. Back then we did not have Carfax and other convenient ways to check the history on vehicles. I can say I have had a few Lemons in my past. So, here is my experience with then via my stepson. He was in need of a vehicle and had a few other folks trying to help him male a good car buying experience. His mom suggested looking at the ACFCU website for vehicles that have been repossessed. Jim Bayless Auto is listed as their dealership that handles such situations. He and I went to their lo action after looking online. We we're greater by Jonathan. Don't judge a book by its cover folks. Jonathan knows his stuff and more importantly he and my stepson connected on their level. Good thing by the way. He showed us several vehicles based on what we told him. He showed a few more and my stepson saw a 2014 Buick Enclave. Immediately Jonathan tells us the story behind it then went inside to print off the Carfax. I wa surprised my stepson was intrigued by an SUV because his last vehicle was a bit more sporty. We went inside and explained our particular situation to him. He then printed off the paperwork we needed to show the banker my stepson was working with currently. We find out that they actually use this person as well. We then meet Jim. Down to earth is what truly describes Jim. We ultimately purchased the vehicle the next day. He drove off the lot and went to fill up. Vehicle would not start. He called me and I said to call Jim immediately. We had just finished up with him noky 10 minutes earlier. I met my son at Walmart. Jim arrived shortly and had a new diagnotic computer. He hooked it up and we find out what the issue is going on. Not sure how much the part was or if they just drained the system showing to be the problem. But how many folks would take the time to drive to a customer that had an issue. He even had his mechanic meet him there. They said the need to get it back to the lot and they would take care of it. They did but here is where it even gets better. Next day I was at work and my wife is recovering from surgery. They call the dealership and spoke with Jim I believe. She explained that her son (my stepson of course) needed to get to work and she wanted to know if they could bring him the vehicle if it was ready. She said they didn't even hesitate and said yes. They drove the vehicle to our home so that he could get to work. Above and beyond. Sorry some of the others that have posted had their specific experiences but I HIGHLY recommend Jim and Jonathan to assist in your vehicle needs. I believe you won't be disappointed.

Definitely a place I’d recommend and go to again! Jim and his staff are very kind and easy to talk to and work with. Will definitely come back when we want another vehicle. Thank you Mr.Jim for working with me and helping me get such a great vehicle!

Great place to buy from our credit is not the best. but Jim work on getting us approved and never gave up on us and now we are real happy with our new vehicle. Jim is someone that will help all that ask for it.

Was here a while back and not thrilled about my experience. I was asking about products and the difference in cars which was better and he acted like I was a nuisance so I ended up leaving with nothing….. I DO NOT SUGGESTED SHOPPING HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Bought a vehicle from Bill. It has been the worse decision ever. Was told the vehicle would be ready on Monday, but their mechanic pushed and said we could take it same day...fishy...Yep! In first week, a/c, heater and blower motor stopped working, was told they put in new radiator, but was leaking antifreeze bad, found gold flakes in radiator (not new) and using oil. Transmission just quit. Gas pedal messed up, then rocker arms top and bottom, then tie rods, not including the frontend was shot, then locks no longer work and to top it off, it's knocking with metal pieces in oil. There have been other things gone wrong. Never! Never! Would I ever buy from here, again. Once was bad enough and so expensive! Would not recommend this place. Unless you want I LEMON!!
