Excel Autos

I was referred to this dealership by my nephew. He shared how well he was treated and how he was able to purchase a reliable vehicle with this company for a great price. I trusted his advice and also had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle through Excel Autos. I believe Johnnie is a man of integrity and runs an honest business. I was very pleased and blessed to be one of their customers.

A big “shout out” to Excel Autos! Owner Johnnie Daniels went out of his busy schedule to help me find my 2013 GMC Terrain. He was gracious in helping me buy it and for that I am so grateful and I appreciate his willingness to help me!

Johnny was great! Stayed late to help us get what we wanted. We will definitely be back to buy from him again!

I went to purchase a vehicle from Jonnie. Of course when purchasing a USED vehicle you wanna do due diligence and make sure everything is good under the hood.. I brought my family mechanic to the shop for him to check out under the hood. My mechanic SUGGESTED that it needed an oil change. And omg did this piss Mr. Jonnie off ! He very rudely told my mechanic he wasn't gonna argue with him and was very disrespectful. Okay. I texted Jonnie the next day and told him I will be to get the vehicle after I got my insurance squared away. He proceeded to call me and say he doesn't think we should do business because his 'gut' told him not to. He stated 'well you brought your mechanic to the shop and we had an debate about the oil and I just don't think we should do business'. Huh ??? So your telling me your upset that I did what your supposed to do when purchasing a USED vehicle . He couldn't even give me a VALID reason why he didn't wanna sell me that car!! Other than from what my mechanic said. All my paperwork was done, all I had to do was sign! Everything was good until my mechanic stated his opinion...Very disrespectful and clearly doesn't want you doing your due diligence. I have NEVER written a review . But how he handled everything was completely uncalled for. Be aware.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! We bought a truck 2 months ago and it is parked because the engine is bad. There’s no way the lot owner did not know. The check engine light came on in less than 12 hours after purchase. Took it back and he supposedly had it fixed. 2 days later check engine light came on again and took it back again. Supposedly fixed the issue again!! 4 weeks later, check engine light came on. Took it to my own mechanic and $10,000 worth of issues to include the motor needing to be replaced along with the c-arms (this could’ve killed my son). There’s NO WAY this man did not know this truck was not safe to be on the street. Now he’s $15,000 richer and my son is without a vehicle!! DO NOT BUY HERE
