I absolutely love everyone at Car Concepts. My mother first purchased a car from them and paid it off. Since, I have purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan and paid it off. Will definitely use them in the future and send everyone to them.

This place is very Unprofessional if I could give it zero stars, I would bought a car in of February. They told the vehicle due to sales tax the repo people which is a Tow Company broke My daughter‘s car. The whole axle is out of it. From them towing it when we called to tell them about the situation, they told us it’s not our fault and that the car was vandalized and things were stolen out of it. The lady told me in that neighborhood you never know what happened, but the car is behind a gate in a chain fence and a tall fence, so can’t nobody claim that fence they have cameras I recommend if you need a car go somewhere else because they taking your money and not holding the Tow Company accountability for stealing and tearing up your vehicles

I reached out to assist someone. I quickly discovered that oone answers the phone, return calls or emails. I hope I never have to buy a car here. I feel sorry for the person that purchase from them.

On behalf of my friend, DO NOT BUY from this car lot. They sold him a car with 220,000 miles on it, the same day he pulled off the lot he had a blowout on the same tire they aired up. To find out there was a bolt in the tire, unable to take off the tire to replace the tire because the car came with rims and the car lot did not have the key for the lugs. Called the car lot to see if they would help, didnt provide any assistance and/or refund the money for the car when they knew for a fact they sold me a high mileage car. It was over priced for a car with 220,000 miles. They will definitely try to get over on you. Very unprofessional and inhuman to want to get over on an individuals that dont know about cars. So, to save the headache. Id advice you not to buy from here.
