I usually don't bother with writing reviews and it took a minute to get around to this one but it's well deserved in my book. The owner is bright and warm and welcoming. His team he has working around him is super helpful and warm as well. Came here to get my Mini Cooper and the process was seamless and to the point. Was approved in no time and even though I didn't have the full amount of the down payment, they were still willing to work with me and let me take the car anyway. Shortly after, my car had an issue with the alternator and although my car had NO WARRANTY and I should have been responsible for it... the owner took care of it on his own dime and charged me nothing for it. He stands by his business and it shows... so much that I've told a family member about this business and plan on taking them here to get a car. If you are looking for a place to get a car... come here. There's a reason for their great rating and they deserve all the business.

Ok so my husband and I purchased a car with Remo. It’s been about 2 months now and I’ve had no issues with my car and I love it. Remo went to bat for us and did everything he could to make sure we were good. He answered every question, empathized about our circumstances, pushed for our approval and gave us respect the whole process. We didn’t walk in perfect or rich and we were treated like human beings. We weren’t judged by our circumstances but instead they met us where we are and created solutions. I am more than grateful for RiyeRide and everyone there. Highly recommend! Ask for Remo and you will understand.

This is my second car purchase with them, and I can honestly say I made the best decision coming back. I had my first car for two years and didn’t have a single issue the entire time. That alone speaks for itself! I went through a hard time financially, but as long as you communicate and let them know what’s going on, they are willing to work with you. That meant so much to me and showed they truly care about their customers. A very special thank you to Mrs. Pricilla, Mr. Remo, and Mr. Les for being so helpful, patient, and understanding. I truly appreciate everything you all have done for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and great customer service!

It don’t get no better than this. I’ve been a Rite Ride customer since the early 2000’s . I’m 3 vehicles in now and I’m extremely pleased with all vehicles I purchased through them. My salesman Les made the process so easy. I really enjoyed my overall experience. Most of all i treasure the friendship I’ve made with the Rite Ride crew since my first purchase.
