Great deals on great wheels. Mr Evans has a great selection of good vehicles at really good prices. He can sell a good vehicle for cash or get you financed. Excellent service. His guys are on the ball. They will get you in and out quickly and on your way in your next vehicle. Hard to find a used car dealer you can really trust and know you've been treated fairly. I drove away feeling good about the deal I got and the vehicle I bought. I will never buy a preowned vehicle until I see Mr Evans first. Went to E 1 auto exchange but they actually had the vehicle I wanted delivered from Evans Auto Exchange on NW Broad. Very highly recommend E 1 and Evans Auto Exchange.

E-1 auto does an exceptional job of working with you. I contacted them last week about a truck, and they were quick to respond and work with me. They were able to get me in the truck I wanted with very low miles. Brent did a wonderful job as my point of contact, and sales person.... He was very personable, and outright.... I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality used car.

I dealt with many used car dealerships when I was looking for a vehicle. I ended up buying a Ford Taurus from E-1 in August, 2014. I feel that I got a great deal on the car and it is still performing very well. The customer service was great, and I recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a good used vehicle. BUYER BEWARE do not shop at this dealer! Sold me an absolute lemon and had disabled the check engine light so I had no idea the kinds of problems it had until after driving it home. Needs nearly 8 thousand dollars of repairs on a 2,800 car! Ridiculous! When I tried to get in touch with the dealer about a refund, I was given the run around and lied to repeatedly until I left out of frustration. And they had the gall to tell me when I asked them about it that the mechanic I’ve trusted for years now was lying to to me about the damage it has! I got in touch with the owner of the business after that and he told me he didn’t care and that it wasn’t his problem! Buddy it’d better be your problem because I am going to be very VERY annoying about this until I get my money back! Attached is a photo of the estimate from my mechanic to fix the problems with this car, as proof. Don’t ever even think of buying anything from these scam artists and liars! Update: 5/18/2023, car is totally dead. Alternator, starter, transmission all shot within a week of each other. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Drove an hour and a half just to learn that the vehicle we wanted to look at was being driven around by the owner for personal use. Apparently he just uses the cars on the lot for himself, so don’t expect the mileage to be accurate when he drives vehicles to Smyrna and back for several days, or for the vehicle to be completely clean. Waste of time and extremely unprofessional to not have the cars you have advertised on the lot or even close, much less asking us to wait 45min for him to bring it back.
