We bought a 2017 wrangler from these guys and they were 5 stars from beginning till end. I’m always skeptical of used car dealers naturally. But even after financing we were sitting at right about what the jeep was worth and they went above and beyond and put a lift and tires on it. But they won my heart when right after money was exchanged and the deal was done I looked under the the jeep and saw that the rear main seal was out and without hesitation they said don’t worry about it we will take care of it let’s schedule a time to get it brought in to get it taken care of. The money was good their character was in check and very easy to deal with nothing like any other used car I have ever purchased before.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Chris met with me multiple times to look at truck options and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to make a decision. Once I decided on a truck David was great to work with and the process was extremely smooth. Even wells after the purchase Chris and David continued to work with me to purchase upgrades for the vehicle and have a quick turnaround with installation. Again this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle and I recommend anyone looking to a give them a chance.

I cannot say enough great things about Chris, Nallie and the whole team at Next Auto. I spent 3 months going to almost every dealership in the area. I am rebuilding my credit and Chris went well above and beyond to get me in the exact truck I wanted. I never thought it would be possible. I gave up while he continued to find a resolution. They also repaired an issue with zero questions to make it right. Don’t be like me wasting a ton of time, go straight to Next Auto and ask for Chris.

I highly recommend that you search here. There is something about an intimate, professional atmosphere that is more welcoming than going to a bigger dealership. Nallie was not only kind, but patient and knowledgeable about everything you needed to know. Not only do they sell cars, but they fix! I bought my car there when they first opened and I return for any mechanical needs, oil change, tires and all! My friends that I have made referrals to this place are also greatly satisfied with their purchase and experience! So if you are or have been debating on it, rest assured, they will take good care of you!

Two other mechanic shops, including a certified Jeep dealership, couldn't figure out what was wrong with my Jeep Wrangler. The mechanic at Next Auto, Will, figured it out right away and did a great job repairing it. Also, Nallie is great and worked with my extended warranty company to get as much money as she could from them. This is a great company, great people, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
