Drove to Murfreesboro TN on vacation from NJ and my friend helped me purchase a 2026 Kia Seltos. My salesman Marcus was awesome and the Kia of Murfreesboro team worked hard to find me the exact one I wanted because they didn't have any on site. From beginning to end the experience was fantastic. I'm very very happy with my purchase.

Being I have always been a Kia person and owned many models, I bought from Kia of Boro a 2018 Forte and had an excellent experience then and I had another amazing experience with them again! I reside out of state and chose to still drive 7 hours away due to the professional, friendly, knowledgeable employees here and they never fail to go over and beyond for their customers. I am a person that knows what they want to be 110% happy and satisfied and they made it happen. From the beginning with the website that was really easy to access and navigate to find out what value I could get for my 2023 Sportage (unfortunately I was not able to purchase from here at this time) trade to Rene reaching out quickly with a non pushy and friendly voice on the phone, to making sure the vehicle I wanted (2025 K5 GT Line) was perfectly suited for me to drive up and switch over. I definitely appreciate Chance for going over and beyond to make my new car experience fast and easy so I could get back home two states (7hour drive one way) away in the same day! And the owner Martin greeted me with a warm friendly smile and made sure I was happy with my process. His dealership definitely deserves the name… THE RIGHT CHOICE!! We were really happy with our purchase experience. We went on a Saturday just to check out a Sorento and see if it's what we wanted. AD was great and a pleasure to work with. He helped us identify what we wanted and we were able to get one in the color we wanted a few days later. We decided to go ahead with the up front service and maintenance package as the cost seemed to make good sense for us. Hopefully our experience with the service team will be as good as with the sales group.

It was a pleasure doing business with KIA of Murfreesboro:) They brought in the Sorrento S that we had asked for. It was clean and spotless. Renée was our sales representative and he was very friendly helpful. Explain the whole process with us we traded in our Honda Accord. This is our first Kia that we have purchased and we are very pleased. Renée even called back the next day and ask if we had any questions gave me his number that I could text him or call him for anything that we may need. There are so many computer systems on the new cars, so it is wonderful to have a backup to explain some of those things to us. A finance gentleman walked us through the finance options. He was very helpful! I would write our overall experience with Kia of Murfreesboro, a five star out of five.
