Service was great and quick. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance because my tires have been pretty noisy. They performed a full inspection of my car and determined that a balance would not fix my noisy tires as they had reached their life end (which we had expected). I appreciate their honesty and not just taking my money for a tire balance that would not provide any benefit. Tony kept me updated through the process and had great customer service. We will be using this location again.

Easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. I first saw the car on the Beaman Chrysler Dodge website, spoke to my salesperson about it, and went in for a test drive. Instantly fell in love with the car! Ultra clean, low mileage and an unbeatable price. Every person I encountered at Beaman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Murfreesboro, TN was kind and helpful. No pushy sales people, no trying to talk me into something I didn’t want, just friendly, helpful folks who make you feel like family!

The staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. Quality materials are used and when they finished I was very pleased. It took more time than I would have liked for my repairs but it was worth the wait. My brakes and hoses have never worked better. This will be my go to store for all of Jeepie’s needs. The best part was the price and an excellent job on my braking system. I will definitely be back for all my car care! Great Job and Thanks so much team!

2 stars Extremely disappointed with Evan, the Service Manager I had a very poor experience with Evan, the service manager. He was rude and unprofessional from the start, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. It took three full weeks just to get a loaner car. In the meantime, my vehicle’s parts sat untouched in the shop for those same three weeks while they waited on the loaner. When the loaner finally arrived, it was dirty inside and out — clearly not cleaned or prepped for a customer. The whole process showed a complete lack of urgency, communication, or basic courtesy. I would not recommend this service department to anyone, especially if Evan is handling your appointment. That said, there are other service members who are great — especially Taylor.

Prior to purchasing a truck we told the sales rep the issues that were wrong. We had worked on this deal for 2 weeks to get everything taken care of and the issues were brought up again the day before we came to sign. We were told they would have the service team inspect everything. The day of signing, I was told everything was fine. Thankfully my husband made sure to write it in the contract of the issues. For 3 weeks I called and my husband called multiple times a day being told they were looking into it, ordering the parts, they would call us back, ECT. Never returning a call. I called again, speaking with James this time when I just spoke with him the day before. As soon as he answered, I said hello and my name.. click. He hung up on me. So, I called back this time contacting the accounting department because my registration was still not in asking to speak with a GM. After speaking with that GM he did. Order the part and called the following day confirming the part was there and that the service team is going to call to get scheduled. No call. I called again, spoke with the GM again. He then had someone contact me from service and we got on the schedule. The issue that was thought to be just because of the taillight became where they had to order a module leaving us waiting again. The tires on the Ram 3500 were bald light truck tires, I request them to be replaced. They approved only 2 tired to be replaced (one had a nail, the other was balder) however, they cheaped out and replaced them with light truck tires knowing that the weight of this truck will tear through them very fast given it is pulling a fifth wheel. Then reading previous reviews, I believe someone had posted about metal shavings being in the transmission fluid. I have now requested that to be looked at. This truck (and it was even stated by the GM) was never inspected prior to selling. Had I not been all over them about getting us scheduled since we are moving THIS WEEK out of state, they would have broken the contract. DO NOT USE THEM TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. You will endure more issues and lies than it is worth. James needs to be fired. I don't care how big of a sales shark he is, customer service is everything. Lying to win a sale doesn't consider you a big dog. Do better!!
