The office and lot staff is always a pleasure to work with. They are friendly, welcoming, always helpful, and accommodating. You can clearly see that they genuinely care about the people they serve and are committed to providing excellent service, not just doing a job.

They sold us a bad transmission car under a green light. Someone there told me that I can’t take it out for test drive so the car didn’t even leave the lot. Auction was Wednesday and Thursday I went to pick up the car and pay then I noticed the gear is not shifting. The auction cleared all the codes too so nothing was showing in my device. They lie and lie. This car was for myself to drive to work and take my son to his school. As a hard working mother, I am very sad now and don’t know what to do with this car that I paid $7800 that has a transmission problem. The car didn’t even leave their lot when I told them about the problem but they said Sorry, I should have arbitrated the car the same day as the auction day. This car is worth $3000 or $4000 now because of it’s problem.
