We started our vehicle search on CarGurus. Got a PQL on their site, they notified the dealership. Jestin, our sales guy reached out immediately and was very good at communicating with me. I went to see the vehicle, facetimed with my husband who was gonna be financing it. Once my husband decided it was a good deal, we set up the signing appt for that same afternoon. We were in and out with a new car between 9-5! From a biz owner POV, this was awesome! Ron was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the car and all the items pertaining to the car. Extremely patient and kind. Not pushy at all. I would recommend Ron to anyone as a great salesperson to buy their next vehicle. Great job Ron!!

Poor communication and didn’t tell customer that the vehicle had been in a small fender bender. Also the mileage didn’t match online mileage stated. Overall pleased with vehicle but not communication or service. Has lots of room for improvement.
