I absolutely love my 2026 Yukon Denali Ultimate. Our sales person, Fernanda was a delight. She explained all of the features and helped get the infotainment system and all the vehicle's many amenities customized and personalize for our use. We were so pleased with the Yukon, the dealership and mostly Fernanda utmost personalized sales approach, vehicle, & dealership inventory knowledge; that we made an additional purchase. We chose for our additional purchase the 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X AEV Edition (often referred to as the Bison edition) it is the ultimate off-road-focused heavy-duty. He loves his, as much as I love mine. We recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.

First off if there was 10 stars they would get it! Junior, Reggie, & James were absolutely phenomenal. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was thinking great another dealership with money, hungry sales people. However, Junior, Reggie and James treated us with the upmost respect and like we were family. They answered all of our questions and knew exactly what we wanted. We wasn’t rushed at all and everything was explained to us 100%. Thanks to this great group of guys we walked out with three new vehicles. The following day, I even got a call from Junior making sure I was satisfied with my vehicle and he told me if I ever had any questions or problems to call him anytime. If anyone in Murfreesboro or any surrounding areas is interested in a true family experience in buying a vehicle y’all need to go see Junior, James, or Reggie. They are the best!!!

I had an excellent experience with Zach Williams, Mobile Service Tech! He was prompt, thorough, and professional from start to finish. What really stood out was how he took the time to explain everything he inspected and even shared pictures so I could see exactly what he was talking about. That gave me a lot of confidence in the work he performed. He also made helpful recommendations for future service on my Trailblazer without being pushy, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he cares about doing quality work and making sure his customers are informed. Alex Clark was excellent! I'm very busy and don't have time to do reviews but I had to make sure I completed this one. I came into the dealership expecting to just look at a car I had been eyeing online, but Alex made the experience the best. From the time we walked in the door he was welcoming and just overall pleasant to be around. When it came to details and dealings with the car, he was thorough, honest, and upfront. He answered any questions I had or hadn't yet thought to consider. Coming from another state and buying a car again, I was nervous, but I walked out confidently, and I owe all of my feelings of reassurance to Alex and his manager Reggie. If you are looking for a car dealership that won't give you the run around, and that has enough client care to stop what they are doing to look up a Costco location for you before you walk out the door, I 10/10 recommend shopping with Alex and the dealers at this location.

For several years, I’ve driven all the way to Franklin to have my vehicles serviced at Darrell Waltrip GMC because of a bad experience I had with GMC of Murfreesboro in the past. I decided to give them another chance, hoping things had improved, but unfortunately I left just as disappointed. Michael in the service department was courteous and was simply doing his job. He even spoke with his manager, Jason, on my behalf, so I don’t place the blame on him personally. My frustration is with the dealership’s policies and customer service. I was charged over $1,000—most of it labor—to replace a start switch on a truck that was less than six months old. I was told GMC’s warranty wouldn’t cover the repair, which made no sense to me for a vehicle that new. Customer service is about standing behind your customers, especially when they’re giving your dealership another opportunity after a previous bad experience. Unfortunately, this visit reinforced why I’ve continued driving out of my way to another dealership for service. I won’t be making the mistake of coming back again.
