I have been with Morristown Auto for about 10 years now and Al and the girls have always took care of me no matter which car lot or what car needed to trade etc. for or even if I got behind it's a very good place especially buy here pay here even though life happens as long as you continue to check in with them they always go above and beyond to make sure you try to keep your car 100% recommended 🙂

Al is the best at what he does..my avalanche and Cadillac come from there.

I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life! The owner is very rude and acted as though he did not even want to be speaking with us. The salesman who works at his other location was extremely nice to us and very respectful. Do not recommend this place at all. Do better!

So the owner of this Morristown Auto Sales, is also the owner of Twin City Motors (also in Morristown). I know someone who decided to buy a big 2005 white Ram truck from Twin City Motors in Dec. 1, 2017 and the truck was fine for about 1-2 weeks until it started having some issues. It would heat up way too fast, therefore, leading us to believe that it had a problem with its cooling system. The person that bought the truck ("Individual A") took it back to the dealership so the mechanics could get it fixed, the truck was given back as "fixed", and it was fine for about a day but it started overheating again. The car overheats, but the radiator stays cool, and so does the antifreeze. There could be something clogged in the engine, but the mechanics must have put antifreeze in the left hose to it could go straight to the engine, but the antifreeze in the right side stays cool. This car doesn't make any sense! "Individual A" wanted to return the truck, but because he had signed a paper when he bought it, the owner of the business refused to give him back the money that had been paid for the car so far. Keep in mind, 30 days haven't gone by yet. Owner told "Individual A" he could switch the truck for another one of the "same value" but the other truck was very worn out and obviously isn't of the same value. The cops say it is "a civil matter" but it is still extremely wrong for the owner of the business to be selling cars that aren't worth what he is selling them for. They fix up the cars in a way that makes them function for a certain amount of time until they go completely bad and it is too late to ask for the money back or to switch it for another one. For us it wasn't too late; we did what we could to make the money that has been paid for the truck so far count, but they are wasting our time with a horrible truck. The fact that he refuses to work well with some of his customers should say something about this place. Some of his mechanics are horrible, but as an owner he ultimately has control over who he fires and hires. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM HIM. Not all of the cars in his lot are bad, but if you get stuck with a bad one....good luck.
