Bought a 2017 hyundai tucson 2 months ago from Carvana. The A/C computer has already went out, and the transmission has gone out. Also, already need 4 new brakes. The "warranty" department refuses to do anything to help. Carvana is a joke. Just go to a dealer.
Couldn’t find it
Not here dunno where it is
I have purchased with Carvana many times since they established (5 times, I believe) and each time I purchase the process gets more and more difficult. Documents aren’t sufficient, expensive shipping fees that result in shipping snags and no refund for inconvenience, cars that severely needed tire alignment, not to mention overpriced vehicles at the price tag of overhyped convenience. It’s just no longer convenient. I’d rather just pay the lot and seller fees than the whole circus act.
