DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, I bought a 2016 malibu its been junk every since the day I bought it,they will not help you in any way!!!

This place does bad business I would never ever refer anyone to go here. I put a $3000 down payment on a Nissan Pathfinder Dec. 14,2024 and only got to drive it for 5 days and now the transmission went out. Showed up in person at the office and was told they aren't going to fix it that's not my problem but got a payment due on a car that's been sitting in my garage since Dec. 19,2024. I'm so outraged had a death in my family the same day I went to the office to speak to someone and ya I wasn't a bit nice but was told o well ppl die everyday not my problem. I call this the worst business matter I've ever seen or witnessed. DONT BUY ANYTHING from this car lot all they are is uncompassionate and disrespectful man I've ever met. Plz Morristown ppl or even in the surrounding counties find another car lot to buy from so you won't get burned on a vehicle that your gna be paying on that will never be made right by these ppl........ 😡😡😡

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My parents paid over 3k down on a vehicle, with payments. The vehicle broke down 2 days later, on the day my dad buried his sister, tried to drive it to the shop to have them fix it they refused to fix it, it broke down half way there had to tow it home!!! and the owner refused to help fix it, my parents where fine with paying the fees to fix the car which they shouldn't have!! They where sold a LEMON and instead of doing the right thing they refused to fix it. My mom kept making payments on it while it sat in her driveway. She couldn't afford to make payments AND fix the pos. Terrible business, their selling crap then repossesing and reselling. Claim to be good ppl... That's a terrible thing to do to 2 elderly ppl barely getting bye. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

DO NOT EVER TRY TO GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! My wife and I did and it was absolutely horrible. We sunk more into it than the car was worth. They knew of all the problems with the burgundy 2009 Lincoln MKZ and still sold it to us. After sinking over $2,000.⁰⁰ in repairs she spoke with David a sales person there that said they would move the months payment to the back of the loan and that everything would be fine. They don't do that there and he wouldn't have the authority to do so anyhow. The mechanic Rob who is also the repo man just left with the car. He deserves to be making more money in a more honest new car lot that does not totally SCAM people. You want a reliable vehicle, drive right by them. They should be ashamed of the way they do business. More than that they should be SHUT DOWN. I'm actually very surprised I made it through this as eloquently as I did without a very large number of "sentence enhancers" that would be very adult and very colorful.

You all took my old expedition away from me and my dad you all take this away from us cause this one is paid off
