Simple .. Easy.. Made the phone call and literally made the deal over the phone with Gabe.. We made the hour and half drive down the vehicle was everything Gabe said it was and we took a test drive and confirmed.. My son brought his new to him pre-owned 2019 Tacoma home. Just bought a car here and the process went about as smoothly as you could hope for when buying a vehicle! I worked with Travis, who was friendly, helpful, and great to communicate with throughout the process. We handled a lot over text before coming in, and he was always quick to answer questions and keep me updated. He also connected me with Donovan in finance when I had more detailed financing questions, which I really appreciated. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted right away and taken care of immediately. Travis showed us the vehicle, took us on a test drive, and thoroughly explained the paperwork and next steps. One thing I especially appreciated was that we were never left sitting around wondering what was going on, anytime there was a short wait, Travis checked in and kept us updated on the process. Donovan in finance was also great to work with. He was transparent, patient with all of my questions, and helped make the financing side feel much less stressful and overwhelming. Overall, the pricing was competitive, the communication was excellent, and the customer service truly stood out. I’d absolutely recommend this location, especially working with Travis and Donovan, to anyone looking for a smooth, straightforward car buying experience!

I had a GREAT experience. I was referred by someone and bought a car 1 day after they did because they took such good care of me!!! They gave me an AMAZING deal. We worked the entire deal over the phone and I drove up there, signed and left! COOPER was FANTASTIC!! 15/10 recommend!!! Also worth noting I did not have to negotiate really at all. They gave me a great deal from the start which is something I’m not used to!

I bought a 2022 Honda Accord Sport from a sister company and my fob didn’t work and the car had a roaring sound so they sent me to Morristown Honda. Crissy greeted me upon pulling in and was very professional and awesome! She made sure it was inspected from front to back! The technician found the problem and she made sure it got fixed! While waiting in the lobby every Honda employee I spoke with was nice! Crissy stayed in contact with me even after my car was fixed to make sure it was working properly! The technician even sent me a video while I thought was great! My experience with the service department was excellent! Thank you Crissy and the Morristown Honda Team!
