Told them when we would be there to look at a car and had it set at a time and then sold it from under us. No courtesy or anything. 1 star is bro it polite.

I don't have enough room on here to give my opinion or review, I do know that what i am about to post is a hard truth about these people. I hope others will take to heart what I'm about to post because it will tell you about the most dishonest people i have ever met,my life companion and I are disabled, we had been hit by a car and totalled out our vehicle. She saw this van here,drove 6 hours after talking extensively to them about, paid 5,000 cash for a van that was supposed to have 190,000 miles on it,just recently the transmission went out and it was covered by Endurance only to find out they denied our claim because the odometer was rolled back not once but twice, the total miles on this van wasn't 190,000,altogether it was almost 500,000 miles, we have the paperwork and this is only the beginning of what's going to happen, it's hard to believe that some people in Tennessee are dishonest like this. But this is just the beginning

Horrible customer service. Instead of the Owner saying hi how can I help you, he says "what you want, im in a hurry", then starts cursing at us and slapping the roof of his car. Wouldn't do business there if they were giving cars away.
