Drove 40 minutes to look at a car they said was available. We got there and they said the had they just sold the car which wasn't true all they had was a bunch of junk had a v6 challenger with srt8 badges on it the place was a joke

The most horrible experience. We bought a vehicle in 2020. They never gave us the title. They still appear as a link holder. I can't change it. I moved to another state. The lady was very rude and told me that if I don't have it, I have it. I never received the title. I have all the proof of payment and they don't want to give me the title. They say they don't have it. What the hell is that? How do they sell a car that doesn't have the title? They can’t give me a replacement title

Placed a down payment on a vehicle, kept paying monthly until they refused to register my vehicle and give me a tag. Stated I needed to bring the car to the first. No explanation as of why. Car was bought from an auction for about $1500 - $2500 dollars. Wanted $12k for the car. Rebuilt title. Do not recommend.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / Yesterday I went to check out both of there car lots they have one in south Cumberland which is this one I first went too , an the other one is by food lion, I had 4k to put down on a vehicle, it seemed like they didn’t want to sale a car, they were not even interested in showing me a vehicle around, there lot. I strongly suggest you go spend your money in a different establishment. El servicio es horrible, los empleados no habrán a tiempo, segundo no están interesado en venderte un carro o más sea enseñarte que carros tienen disponibles. La verdad si quieren gastar su dinero. Busquen otro dealer con quién comprar

BAD BAD BAD BEAWARE 👎 Sorry to say I got ripped off with a Honda accord Even though I still drive it to this day I put A 1000 down for it and altogether paid $6000 for a 2004 Honda Accord! However I did not know or was I informed that it had a salvage title but now I know! I was about to buy another car recently until I got the Vin number and he has rolled back the odometer beware guys! It reads 102 thousand when in actuality it has over 220 thousand miles on it and it's also salvage title total loss! Vin numbers don't lie! He had a fake carfax report! Do your own research guys!
